He began his academic journey with a degree in Accounting Technology from Mountain View College in the Philippines, graduating in 2012. Driven by a passion for further education, Bob earned a Master of Business Administration specializing in Business Analytics from International American University in Los Angeles, California, in 2024.

Bob's career is marked by influential roles in both profit and non-profit organizations. He started as the Chief Financial Officer at Mega Mitch Financial Resources Corporation in Southern Philippines, a position he held until 2015 before relocating to the United States. Currently, Bob serves as the Chief Accountant at the Southern California Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Glendale, California. In this role, he oversees all accounting activities, driving efficiency through streamlined procedures and innovative financial strategies.
