Inna is a seasoned executive with over 25 years in the Hospitality Industry! Her impressive career started with an entry-level job as a Guest Service Representative, where she quickly worked her way up into leadership roles ranging from Assistant General Manager to Regional Director of Revenue Management.

Inna has worked for major hotel companies like Hilton, and Intercontinental Hotel Group and Sonesta International Hotels, landing roles ranging from property to area, market, and regional positions with a concentration in Revenue Management.

Inna’s extensive knowledge of hotel operations and sales provided the groundwork for the development of short and long-term revenue strategies to grow market share and optimize channel contribution. In addition, Inna is an expert in assisting in developing and implementing several pricing tools to guide sales teams in client negotiations and an adequate discount pricing strategy. She is passionate about Revenue Management, and it is growing potential through different industries!
